Your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is how you differentiate yourself from your competition. Why should people (or companies, if B2B) buy from you? While you may have many attributes that make your brand unique, you’ll want to identify the factor your ideal clients care about the most, and use that as the main USP you market. 

When someone wants something bad enough, they’ll usually find a way to make it happen — within reason, of course. If your clients are comparing you with your competitors, they should clearly see how your offer and/or brand are better or different than your competitors, and worth their investment.
