The Decision Discovery Call ensures this is the right fit before you commit to the intensive.

If you have a history of making quick, impulsive decisions that later lead to regret, my process will help you slow down, consider the real implications, and make a choice you can stand by—without losing momentum. We’ll still move forward, but with clarity: weighing what matters most, checking for blind spots, and making sure your decision aligns with your values and faith (not just your feelings in the moment).

We’ll meet on video chat for a private 1:1 video session (or 3 sessions for the Decision Intensive package).

During our time together, I’ll guide you step-by-step through my SAIL Method decision-making framework: Seek, Awareness, Impact, and Litmus.

I ask thoughtful questions, help you talk through your options, and guide you through targeted exercises designed specifically for your decision.

For the Intensive, we’ll pause at key points so you can reflect, journal, and hear your own thoughts more clearly—without pressure or rushing.

You’ll never be forced into a decision. Instead, I help you uncover what’s already true for you, evaluate your options with clarity, and arrive at a choice you feel confident and at peace moving forward with.

I never make the decision for you, since only you truly know yourself and your situation. However, I’ll provide the tools and questions to uncover your deepest goals and desires so you can feel confident in your decision.

To ensure you get the most out of our time together—and that this is the right fit—I do require new clients to book a Decision Discovery Call before scheduling a coaching package.

The good news is, this isn’t just a formality. It’s basically free coaching.

We’ll determine whether you need to first clarify your options with a Brainstorm call, if you’re ready to step into making your decision, or if there’s a better route suited for you.

If it turns out that decision coaching isn’t the best next step, I’ll point you toward the right alternative—whether that’s one of my Anchored Decisions resources, a more specialized expert, or practical steps you can take on your own.

This ensures that when we do move forward with coaching, our time together is focused, effective, and fully centered on helping you confidently choose your path.

I get it, life happens. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask that you give me as much heads up as possible. The first rescheduled session, with at least 2 hours notice, will incur no additional fees. Recurring rescheduled sessions, or reschedules requested within two hours of the call, will be charged an additional fee.

No! My framework works for anyone, regardless of your faith. While I myself am Christian and can’t imagine making decisions without involving prayer and Godly discernment, I don’t push my faith on others. If you’re open to me praying over our sessions, I’d be happy to. Otherwise, we can proceed without the spiritual aspect, or you can adjust any spiritual reflection questions to fit your beliefs.
