Before our first session, you’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire so we can make the most of our time together and immediately start digging into the decision you’re facing.
Our sessions take place over video chat and are designed to feel both thoughtful and practical — like having a calm, strategic conversation with someone who can help you untangle what’s keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll talk through:
the options you’re considering
the emotions, fears, and pressures influencing your decision
your goals, priorities, and values
potential outcomes and long-term impact
what’s creating hesitation or mental spiraling
how to move forward with clarity and confidence
You’ll have space to process out loud, reflect, journal through key exercises, and work through relevant sections of the Anchored Decisions Toolkit together during our calls.
Some exercises or worksheets may be completed independently between sessions (such as financial planning or reflection exercises) so our time together can stay focused, strategic, and actionable.

The Decision Clarity Call is best for people who need a trusted sounding board and strategic outside perspective on a decision they’ve already done significant work on themselves — or for those facing a quicker decision with a tighter timeline.
This option is ideal if:
you already know your options clearly
you’ve done a good amount of research
you understand your goals, priorities, personality, and preferences well
you mainly need help talking the decision through and identifying your best next step
OR you have a more immediate decision to make and want guidance quickly (such as whether to accept the leadership role presented to you on short notice)
Some clients walk away from a Clarity Call with the confidence they needed to move forward. Others realize they need a deeper process to fully work through the decision. While clarity often comes from the call, the goal is guidance and direction — not necessarily a finalized decision.
The Decision Intensive is a much deeper, more structured process designed for those who feel truly stuck, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted from overthinking.
Together, we’ll work through my thorough decision-making framework to help you:

I never make the decision for you, since only you truly know yourself and your situation. However, I’ll provide the tools and questions to uncover your deepest goals and desires so you can feel confident in making the best decision yourself.

My deepest desire is for you to find clarity and feel confident in your decision. If you need more time, we’ll schedule another complementary session, so you don’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision before we’ve covered all bases.

We’ll work on ONE decision per session, decisions like:
· Should I make a career change?
· Should I have/adopt a child?
· Should I buy/sell my house or move cities?
· Should I start/close a business?
· Should I make a relationship change?Please be sure to have your options ready before our session. We will be comparing Option A vs Option B, not brainstorming what your options are.
If you need help brainstorming options before our session, I suggest going through my Brainstorm Breakthrough workbook first.

i get it, life happens. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask that you give me as much heads up as possible. The first rescheduled session, with at least 2 hours notice, will incur no additional fees. Recurring rescheduled sessions, or reschedules requested within two hours of the call, will be charged an additional fee.
